Senegal, Guinea, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Cameroon, Chad, Yemen, Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Democratic Republic of Congo, Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Botswana, South Africa, Madagascar, but likely to be present throughout the rest of the host fig Distribution (lighter colour).

Biology

Host figs: Ficus sycomorus sycomorus (L.); Ficus sycomorus gnaphalocarpa (Miq.) C.C. Berg and Ficus mucuso Ficalho.
