Pleistodontes achorus Lopez-Vaamonde, Dixon, Cook, Rasplus 2002. Holotype female in Queensland Museum, Brisbane. Type locality: Queensland: Stony Creek 2.5 km NE of Mt Sturgeon, 16°25'S-145º13'E, 1200 m, 15-21.x.1990, Pitfalls (Monteith, Jantzki, Cook & Roberts)
