Distribution

Distribution_of_Ficus_petersii

Kenya and Tanzania through Malawi, northern Mozambique, southern Zambia to northern Botswana, south eastern Angola and north eastern Namibia. Outlying population in north eastern South Africa.

Biology

Pollinator: Alfonsiella pipithiensis.

Habitat

Savanna woodland and bushland, rocky places or often associated with termite mounds, up to an altitude of 1400m.
