Distribution

           

Widespread in Madagascar, but most common in the north (provinces of Diego Suarez & Nossi Be) and the center. Also present on the Seychelles & Comoro Islands.

Pollinator: unknown

Habitat

In forests and secondary growth up to 1400m altitude.
